Morning:
Start your day at Fall Creek Falls State Park, tackling the park’s most iconic hiking routes. Begin with the Gorge Overlook Trail, where sweeping canyon views set the tone for the day. Continue to the Fall Creek Falls Trail to experience the park’s namesake waterfall from both the rim and the base.

Midday:
Stop by the Betty Dunn Nature Center for an educational break, then enjoy a packed lunch at one of the scenic picnic areas surrounded by hardwood forest.

Afternoon:
Head to the Cable Trail for a heart-pounding descent to Cane Creek Falls—one of the park’s most rewarding photo spots. If time allows, explore the Piney Creek Trail for quieter, more secluded stretches of forest.

Evening:
Wrap up your adventure with dinner at The Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls before returning to your cabin or lodge under a sky full of stars.
