Morning:
Begin at Fall Creek Falls, the tallest free-falling waterfall east of the Rockies. Walk the easy overlook path, then hike to the base if you’re up for a challenge.

Midday:
Continue to Cane Creek Cascades, a favorite for wading and photography. The nearby swinging bridge offers incredible views.

Afternoon:
Travel to Rock Island State Park to see the powerful Twin Falls, one of Tennessee’s most photographed cascades. Stroll the river trail for close-up views of the rushing water.

Late Afternoon:
Visit Cumberland Caverns for a change of scenery—majestic underground formations powered by centuries of flowing water.

Evening:
End the day with dinner at Foglight Foodhouse, overlooking the Caney Fork River.
